T.Y.LIN International Sdn Bhd is a civil and structural consulting pratice affiliciated to T.Y.LIN International based in San Francisco, California, USA. Established in 1980 in Johore Bahru, Malaysia, we subsequently relocated to Kuala Lumpur in the early eighties, prompted by a resurgence in the property market in the Malaysian capital.
